Call stream role is not only con­sul­ta­tion and tele­phone helpline ser­vice, but also build­ing re­la­tion­ships, abil­i­ty to lis­ten and re­spond to the needs of po­ten­tial and ex­ist­ing cus­tomers. We took this into ac­count when de­sign­ing com­pa­ny logo – a sign, in the shape of CS let­ters, with a hint of waves vi­brat­ing around, sug­gest­ing a prin­ci­pled re­la­tion­ship be­tween ac­tions and re­ac­tions, ques­tions and an­swers.
